John was on the board of WebTrends (web analytics software) when it was sold for $1 billion and VP of Marketing at Tivoli (Systems Management software) when it was sold for $750 million to IBM. He has consulted for well over a dozen companies including Gartner, Grant Thornton, Venture Capitalists and Private Equity firms. Some clients were market leaders and others were startups that were acquired at multiples of their revenue. John has worked from startups to F100 companies as an employee, executive and board member.
Lee Novak is a Managing Director and the Chief Revenue Officer at Growth Visions. He is an award winning Sales Management Executive with experience managing sales performance at two publicly traded technology companies in the automotive retail and manufacturing sectors. His abilities to hire, lead, manage, and motivate salespeople was a driving force in double digit growth in both sales and revenue for ten consecutive years.
