Growth Culture

You want a culture of growth and if you're a public company, you need growth.  What this means is the entire company is engaged in helping the company grow, not just a chosen few in marketing and sales.  Growth is talked about in the board room, in the kitchen and the water cooler.  Programs and systems are being improved on an iterative basis to support growth.  Innovations are being considered to enable future wave-catching growth.

Be inclusive about growth

Why do so many companies insist on leaving so many employees out of the growth discussion?  In a digital world where any thought can be shared instantly, not arming every employee to respond to a possible lead makes little sense.  A company is an invigorating place to be when we feel accountable as a team, we're adding profitable customers and everyone can contribute to growth.
